1)  Please send me an email to:

with the following information:

• Verification that this report is for YOU, and you have authorized permission to allow for your galactic records to be open to me.
• I am not able to offer reports for family or friends without their consent.
• If you choose to do a Relationship Report, please confirm with that it holds their permission as well, and also submit all of their birth information as well.
• Solar Return charts will need to know where you are currently residing (city, state and country)

• Please spell your birthday month 
• (eg. 13 September 1950)

• Your time of birth
• indicating daytime/night time

• (eg. 10:15 am - morning)

• If your city is super small, please share another town or two that is nearby

2) Next, upon receipt of your email information, I will forward a PayPal link to you at the email address you send to me.  

3) Subsequently, upon receipt of payment, I will forward your information in report form within 5 to 7 days, if not sooner.
